Shipping & Returns
All returns must be approved and authorised by sending an email to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Any returns made without approval will not be processed. All products must be unopened with all packaging in original condition. Please be aware that although we do our best to package chocolate so it will not melt in the heat we take no responsibility for products that may melt, so these are ordered at your own discretion.
Any refunds or returns do not include shipping and must be paid by customer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 100grams
